We now have two surveys open for international talents and spouses

We now have two surveys open. The first one is for those who have moved to Finland for work or are currently looking for employment. The second survey is for those who have moved to Finland for reasons related to their spouse or partner.

The surveys look for answers to e.g. the following questions:

  • Why is/isn’t Finland an appealing country of residence to you?

  • What are your impressions of Finns and Finnish society?

  • What could be done to improve your adjustment to Finland?

  • What kind of experiences do you have from Finnish working life?

Links to surveys (please, choose the one that best describes your situation):

1. Survey for those international working professionals who are currently working or applying for work in Finland.

2. Survey for those who have moved to Finland for reasons related to their spouse or partner.

The project’s goal is to examine how common the various challenges and situations concerning foreigners are in Finland and how to find concrete, usable solutions to the challenges they face.

Surveys are in English, and they are conducted anonymously without identifying respondents.

Disseminating the information about the surveys to any suitable respondents is highly appreciated. Thank you.

The results of the study will be reported later this year, and the findings will be used to formulate recommendations and solutions for employers, authorities and decision-makers.

The project is implemented by a non-profit, independent research institute E2 Research and partners consisting of a diverse group of labor market organizations, ministries, cities and the pension sector.

Thank you very much for your answers and for providing your time!
